One account per person. Your eubet wallet balance is held in MYR. Funds are subject to verification before withdrawal.

These Terms are effective as of the date of your account registration or your first use of the Platform, whichever is earlier. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform and close any registered account.
2.1 Age Requirement. The eubet Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. eubet will verify your age through a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process using a valid Malaysian MyKad or equivalent government-issued identification document. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen, and deposits may be returned at eubet's sole discretion after verification of the source of funds.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the eubet Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. eubet makes no representation as to the legality of its services in your country or jurisdiction of residence. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) eubet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. eubet reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate all associated balances.
2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy. eubet is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
2.5 KYC Verification. eubet requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eubet account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify eubet if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. eubet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your eubet account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Withdrawable balances will be processed subject to applicable KYC verification.
3.3 eubet's Right to Restrict or Close Accounts. eubet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account in the event of: (i) suspected breach of these Terms; (ii) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (iii) failure to pass KYC verification; (iv) chargebacks or disputed transactions; or (v) any other reason eubet deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. eubet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency. eubet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. eubet reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the eubet Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). eubet does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own conversion rates or fees, for which eubet bears no responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. eubet aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, but reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks which may extend processing times. eubet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Withdrawal Source Matching. eubet operates a source-of-funds policy under which withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. eubet reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of deposited funds.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by eubet are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These specific terms govern the wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, validity period, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Stakes placed on games excluded from bonus wagering will not count towards the requirement.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. eubet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus, free spin, or promotional reward — and to suspend or close the associated account — where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting promotional terms through structured wagering patterns designed to circumvent risk; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
5.4 Modification and Cancellation. eubet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This right does not affect bonuses already credited to User accounts, which will remain subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.
6.1 Game Rules. All casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and lottery draws on the eubet Platform are governed by individual game or product rules accessible within the Platform. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
6.2 Manifest Errors. eubet reserves the right to void bets or game outcomes that result from manifest errors, including but not limited to: erroneous odds display, incorrect game configuration, software malfunctions, or data feed errors. Manifest errors will be identified and remedied at eubet's sole discretion. Users will not be entitled to retain winnings arising from a manifest error.
6.3 Insufficient Funds. Bets will only be accepted if your eubet account holds a sufficient confirmed balance to cover the full wager amount. eubet is not obligated to accept bets placed with insufficient funds.
6.4 Bet Acceptance. eubet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed by Users who eubet has reason to believe are engaging in arbitrage, match-fixing, or other forms of irregular wagering activity.

All content on the eubet Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive property of eubet or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any eubet content for any purpose without the prior written consent of eubet. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eubet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
eubet's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. eubet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information contained therein.
11.1 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to your use of the eubet Platform, you agree to first contact eubet's customer support team via the live chat facility and attempt to resolve the matter informally. eubet will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
11.2 Escalation. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the dispute to the dispute resolution process established by eubet's licensing authority. The licensing authority's decision on regulatory matters shall be final and binding.
11.3 No Class Actions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against eubet.
eubet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, eubet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Users via email. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the eubet Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eubet holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the dispute resolution provisions in Section 11, any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
